Registering
As of July 2006 we ask that everyone wanting to borrow books would register with the library first. This is free and pain free. All you need to do is to fill in a registration form and hand it into Angharad (or into the Office in Holy Rood House).
Why do I now need to register?
There are a couple reasons we are asking people to register
1: Data protection – you will no longer have to leave your contact detail in a file in the public domain in the library.
2: To keep a better record of where our books are and who is borrowing what, in order to make the library more efficient.
Once you have registered you will receive a borrower number and will be able to borrow up to 6 books for up to 3 weeks; longer periods and more books by negotiation.
