Thorpe House Library
The library in Thorpe House is part of the Centre for the Study of Theology and Health and as such reflects the interests of the Centre. Here you will find books on all manner of Theologies, Health and Healing, Counselling and Psychotherapy, and all things Therapeutic.
This library space is available most of the time the house is open, but occasionally there are groups and meetings held in this room. You are welcome to come and sit in an armchair and relax with one of the books, use the space to study or do some research.
The books are available to borrow, please see here for more info.
This brief guide aims to guide you through all you need to know about navigating the library and borrowing books. Please note that as of July 2006 you will need to register in order to take a book out of the library, this is free and painless, see here for more.
If you have any questions or suggestions at all please contact Angharad, who will be happy to help.
